Working collaboratively with the landowners and contractor to obtain planning and delivery a quality 10 unit development in a picturesque village in Somerset. 

One of the key drivers was to ensure the development was in-keeping with the surrounding area. The development also delivers a great community benefit with 3 of the 10 units rented to members of the local community at an affordable rate.

Working with strategic partners from purchase through to planning and construction.

 

Chapters is a 19 unit conversion of a church, church hall and ancillary building into a quality mixed residential scheme of apartments and houses, in a highly desirable residential area in Norwich, Norfolk.

Due for completion in 2022.

Working collaboratively with the current landowners to obtain planning permission for a 40 unit residential development on land that currently sits outside the existing development boundary. 

 

Once planning is granted the development will

produce 26 market dwellings ranging from 2 bed bungalows to 5 bed houses, alongside 14 affordable homes. 

Planning currently delayed due to a local phosphates issue that has halted all applications.

Working collaboratively with the current landowners to obtain planning permission and build out a scheme of 78 residential dwellings plus a flexible commercial space for community use.  

The land itself has existing buildings and a yard that serves/has served various agricultural and commercial uses, a low grade agricultural field enclosed on all sides by rail or road. 

We have proposed to deliver a development of the highest sustainable criteria, with dwellings designed to meet Passive House (Passivhaus) Standards.

Working collaboratively with the current landowners to obtain planning permission for a scheme of circa 60 sustainable, affordable homes. 

Following receipt of planning permission we plan to deliver this scheme, working in collaboration with a Housing Association and our build partner.
